Retreat Package

Includes

  • Optimize YOU workshops and educational materials
  • All meals and beverages, excluding wine (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
  • 4-night accommodations (single or double occupancy)
  • Access to the full program of 40 wellness and fitness activities per day.
  • Hands-on cooking class. Set in the heart of the resort’s six-acre farm, La Cocina Que Canta (“The Kitchen That Sings!”) celebrates the magical results of cooking with just-picked organic ingredients. The colors, aromas, and tastes that emanate from La Cocina are nothing short of amazing.
  • One complimentary 50-minute massage per person during the stay to be pre-booked prior to arrival. (Pre-booking is strongly recommended, as the complimentary massage times may already be fully committed by August 2, 2025.
  • Cocktail reception @ Bazar Del Sol, which serves local wine from the Guadalupe Valley, has an espresso bar, and a boutique full of handmade artisanal creations from Mexico.
  • Private Gala Dinner on the last evening.
  • Complimentary scheduled transportation to and from San Diego Airport on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Other Conditions

  1. Transportation:  Rancho La Puerta is approximately 1 ½ hours from the San Diego Airport. Buses depart the airport on Saturdays at 8:00am, 10:00am, 12:15pm, and 2:45pm. Buses depart Rancho La Puerta at 7:30am and 11am on Wednesdays. On Saturdays, buses depart Rancho La Puerta at 7:30am, 10:00am, 12:15pm, and 2:30pm. We ask that you allow at least 3 ½ hours travel time plus additional time to check in at the airport. Please do not book a return flight before 11:30am.
  2. Proof of Citizenship: U.S. and Canadian guests must provide a current valid passport.  Visitors from all other countries must bring a passport and a visa which may be obtained from a Mexican Consulate in their home country.  Plan to do this well in advance of your trip.
  3. Minimum Guest Age:  14 years old.
  4. Computer or Cell Phone use in common areas are not permitted; however, all these devices may be used in your room.  Internet access is available via our Internet Access Center’s computers next to the Men’s Health Center.  Laptop users can log on via free wireless in the Main Lounge, Los Olivos Conference room, and the Administration Building.  Internet access and television are not available in your room.
  5. Smoking is prohibited on Rancho La Puerta grounds.
  6. Alcohol is permitted to be consumed in guest rooms.
  7. Walking is an integral part of the program. Guests can expect to walk 3-5 miles a day on hilly, uneven pathways.  Hiking boots are recommended on trails.
  8. Dietary / medical considerations should be submitted in advance. Please be sure to address with each guest whether they have any dietary restrictions (such as life-threatening allergies) or any medical considerations that might prohibit full participation in an active program. The cuisine is a lacto-ovo vegetarian.
